Though I've never played the game, this song sounds very familiar. It reminds me a lot of the Dark Cloud (Dark Chronicle) series.
Anyways, awesome song. Glad you finally made another.
Seeing as I've never heard the original, I can't very well compare it. Only admire your version. Great job! Hope to hear more soon!
Author's Response:
ya a lot of those games were similar in audio feel.
You can youtube "bonds of fire and sea" to hear the original :)
thanks for the review KingKeberos!

You could truly feel the energy put in to this piece! It flows through you throughout the whole of the song. It began and ended with such suddenness! A very upbeat and rapid paced melody!
The background orchestra is beautiful and went well with the main piano theme and the drum helped set a sense of urgency to the tune.
The only word I can think to describe the piano itself as is magnificent! It's quite breathtaking. A true masterpiece!
Excellent job, to the both of you. I'm pleased to finally hear more piano in one of your pieces. You have serious skill! I look forward to hearing more from you in the future. Your work is very impressive so far!
Author's Response:
Why I am truly blushing from your compliments! :-D
I'm glad you enjoyed the piece so much. It was a lot of fun to write, and it did not take all that long at all either. That being said, it was definitely a lot of hard work, even if it did not take a long time.
I have some new gear/software to work with, and it is really enhancing the quality of my songs. So expect more stuff like this in the future! Especially more piano based songs because I finally have a good quality piano!
Thanks for the review!

One again, another unique piece. I enjoyed the synth's and strings and as always, I truly adored the piano. The song also possessed a very catchy tune, if perhaps a little repetitive. Very enjoyable all the same.
In my opinion, the only thing missing from this song is some cymbals.
You never disappoint. Bravo, once again!
Author's Response:
Yea, cymbals never really fit well in the mix with the percussion that is already there. Plus they caused the song to become top heavy when used. So we just left them out of the song completely.
Glad you liked the tune. It was a lot of fun writing with Gamer to say the least. He is a really good electro style writer, and was open to a lot of new ideas from me.
Thanks for the review!

An interesting blend of several different music styles. Very unique and quite catchy. The piano was lovely and the synth's fit in to the rhythm of the song nicely. All together, a very good piece. In my opinion, it's probably one of your best so far! Two thumbs up!
You two have got some mad skills! I hope to hear more collabs from you guys in the future.
Author's Response:
Oh I'm sure you will hear more collabs from us in the future. If Kaizer can put up with me that is. ;-)
I'm glad yo enjoyed the song so much. And yes, our different styles are so prevelant, yet they mix together quite well I feel. Makes for some interesting music, that's for sure.
Thanks for the review!

Very interesting. I enjoyed the piano in this song but what really caught my attention was the strings. The synth's aren't really my style but are enjoyable all the same.
In my opinion, you should experiment more with classical or orchestral pieces. You posses talent for it if the strings in this song are anything to judge by! Good job on the song!
Author's Response:
Thanks man! And the synths are not my style, that is all Kaizer's doing.
I do write classical stuff. A classical song of mine that seemed to get a pretty good response was "The Journey Within." You might like it, you might not. But it is definitely heavier based in the classical genre.
I'm glad you liked the tune bud! And thanks for stopping by to listen and review!

So addictive! Can't stop listening to it!
Great job on the song. Loops great! I can't get it out of my head!

It's been so long since I played this game. I remember when I played multiplayer with either of my brothers, they would always try to crush, rather than help me!
Got to love Gyromite! Cool remix! It's even more upbeat than the original tune! Loops perfectly, too. Great job!
Author's Response:
haha glad you like it man - ya those arcade games rocked :)

Wonderful song! I've never played the game but this song is beautiful. It loops perfectly and has a very mystical, yet, peaceful feel to it. Almost taking your first steps when setting out on an adventure. Masterfully done! Bravo!
Author's Response:
this is actually a town theme originally :)

A very nice and relaxing song. The panpipes really added a unique element to the original melody. Also, congratulations on top five. This song seriously deserves it! Great job!
Author's Response:
glad it got the attention it did - and yes I like the pan flutes :)

Pretty good. It sounded almost random at a few parts, thus I imagine that's why it's called CraZe, but overall, it was a pretty catchy tune. Good job!
Author's Response:
haha, yeah some of the tunes/beats were a bit random. I called it craze because I made it at 160 BPM and there were a lot of sounds going on at the same time like when someone is in a Craze. anyways, thanks for your review man.
