I finally got the most expensive armor in all of Guild Wars! The full Obsidian Armor set from the Fissure of Woe for my Warrior. It cost me about 1,000,000 Gold for the whole thing!

I've been saving for almost a year, gaining gold through various methods. Mainly 600ing The Cursed Lands with one of my brothers and Raptor Farming outside Rata Sum on my Warrior, King Keberos.
(Yes, the same name as this Newgrounds account.)
No, I did not use the Hundred Blades build from PvX wiki. I run a Warrior/Elementalist.

Here's a screen shot I took in the Fissure of Woe after I finally got the armor.

The two people to my left and right are my friends, Thorvaldr Of Nature and Fiire Ball.
(No, those two i's were not a typo. That's Fiire's In-Game-Name.)

At the present, I'm saving for a Tormented Sword. At current prices, that will cost me around 200,000-240,000 Gold.

It mainly took me almost a year because I was still buying stuff for my Guild Hall, and I stopped saving for a little to buy a Tormented Shield, which cost me 200,000 Gold.

Other than the Tormented Sword, there are still several other projects I desire to complete before the release of Guild Wars 2. So, I still have a while before I'm out of stuff to do.
